Local Pick-Up Point FAQ's
If you're interested in purchasing using our "pick-up" service, but still have questions then please read the following FAQ section as this will hopefully answer the majority of questions that people ask about our service.
No, we're afraid not. Our main distribution warehouse is based in Sydney. We store and distribute our products from here to pick-up points in New South Wales, ACT, Victoria, Queensland within 5-10 days. Remote areas of Queensland, Southern Australia and Northern Territory take approximately 15-20 working days. We also supply TAS from our Sydney warehouse with delivery taking approximately 15-20 working days. We have a local warehouse in WA where stock is available to collect in 2-5 working days from order.
In the unfortunate (and rare) circumstance that you have missing or damaged parts then we will, of course, replace these for you asap. All you'll need to do is complete a quick parts form and we'll ensure they're dispatched out to your specified address within a few days.
Yes, there is a pick and load fee charged at each pick up point associated with collections as this job takes 2 people to pick and arrange to get ready for all customers and also needs to be shipped from Sydney for those other surrounding states.
The depot will only hold the stock for one week from the date you are notified the goods have arrived at the depot and are available for collection. We're afraid we cannot hold stock longer than this without incurring storage charges.
The box sizes vary depending on the size of the play equipment. We recommend all customers check the packaging dimensions on the product page to ensure your vehicle is big enough to carry the boxes.
The local pick-up points are warehouse depots, they are not showrooms. The only products in the local depots are flat packed (and cardboard wrapped) and are awaiting customer collection. All our product information including images, descriptions, dimensions and customer reviews can be found on our website.
For security and to prevent theft/fraud we ask you take a few items with you to prove who you are when you collect your play equipment. The items you will need to take with you are:
- Climbing Frames Australia Tax Invoice (emailed to you)
- Photo ID (passport or drivers licence)
- Credit/Debit Card (used to make the purchase)
- HD Shipping Number (excluding WA)
