Local Pick-Up Point FAQ’s

If you’re interested in purchasing using our “pick-up” service, but still have questions then please read the following FAQ section. Hopefully this will answer the majority of questions that people ask about our service. If you have any other questions, please ask via our live chat service where we have an experienced member of staff available almost 24/7.

No, sorry this is not possible. Our main distribution warehouse is based in Sydney. We store and distribute our products from here to pick-up points in NSW, ACT, Victoria, Queensland within 5-10 days. Remote areas of Queensland, Southern Australia and Northern Territory take approximately 15-20 working days. We also supply TAS from our Sydney warehouse. Delivery takes approximately 15-20 working days. We have a local warehouse in WA where stock is available to collect in 2-5 working days from order.
Do I have to pay for pick-up?
Yes, there is a small pick and load fee charged at each pick up point associated with collections. This job takes 2 people to pick and arrange stock ready for all customers. Plus stock needs to be shipped from Sydney for those other surrounding states.
The depot will only hold the stock for one week from the date you are notified the goods have arrived at the depot and are available for collection. We’re afraid we cannot hold stock longer than this without incurring storage charges.
The box sizes vary depending on the size of the play equipment. We recommend all customers check the packaging dimensions on the product page to ensure their vehicle is big enough to carry the boxes.

Home delivery is also an option. We can deliver to any door in Australia.
