Climbing Frames Australia Help & Advice

We understand that purchasing a wooden climbing frame for your children is a considered purchase. We frequently get asked about the best combination of features and accessories, how to find play equipment which fits perfectly in your garden, and for advice choosing a set which fits within the desired budget. Any one of our climbing frames is an investment in your children's future, so we appreciate you don't want to get it wrong.
You can set yourself a budget, to see what's available, make a list of features that you would like to have included. You will have to measure your garden and check what will fit safely.
We include the product dimensions on every shopping page on the website. You can see the dimensions under the product images on the category pages, and below the description on the main product pages. Remember to include an additional safety zone around the play centre, we'd suggest approximately 1.8m (6ft).
We offer a 'click & collect' service so you can collect from your local-pick point, or we offer a home-delivery service.
Don't worry every set comes with an illustrated manual that has clear instructions in English. There's a link to the manual on the product page if you'd like to view it before you get your set. The hardware (bolts, screws etc) is included within the boxes you receive, so all you need is an electric screwdriver and basic DIY tools such as spirit level and hammer.
All wooden outdoor products (cedar, pine, fir or teak etc) should be maintained using appropriate wood stain or sealant. If you do not treat your wooden garden products (picnic table, decking, fence, shed, climbing frame or cladding) then they may suffer from increased weathering, caused by exposure to sun, wind and rain. This can cause wood to shake, check or split (cracks and splinters may appear). We provide either a 5 or 10 year wood warranty against structural defects, but we always advise to ensure you look after your playset to minimise wear and tear caused by weathering. We also recommend you check nuts/bolts and screws for tightness routinely to ensure the playset is safe for your children and their friends.
